Naazma is a marketing strategist specialising in research, analytics, and customer engagement. She was the CMO and founder of Beautdor, where she successfully built and scaled an e-commerce brand through targeted multi-channel campaigns.
Currently, she is the Marketing Manager at FERNFUTURES, leading B2B marketing strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion of the company and its clients. She brings data-driven insights to design high-impact marketing strategies to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Naazma holds a BSc in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and an MSc in Marketing from the London School of Economics (LSE).
